We deliver goods purchased from our central warehouse located in Lithuania, Kaunas city. If you purchase before 16:00, your order will be processed and handed to courier services same day. We work with DPD and Omniva parcel services. Free delivery is valid in most countries and varies between 35-90 € (depending on country).

DELIVERY OF GOODS WHEN THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK
Please note that if the goods are not in stock – the preliminary replenishment takes 1-3 weeks. All of our products are being shipped directly from Japan, so the replenishment time is longer than usual.

After successful checkout, we will automatically generate an invoice and send it to the e-mail address you provided.

Stripe Credit Card

One of the payment option that we are offering is STRIPE. After selecting this payment method some fields will appear in your payment window where you will have to fill in your card details. After entering the data, you will be directed to the confirmation window, after which the order will be credited as successful.

PayPal

Selecting this payment method will take you to the PayPal payment system. A payment template will be formed there for you. After successful checkout, you will return to our online store and we will see the payment immediately.

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

REFUND INFORMATION

According to the legal rights buyer is eligible to request a refund within 14 calendar days after receiving goods. 

Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items cannot be refunded.

Refund costs are higher than shipping costs because japanesediapers.com covers more than double the amount of delivery costs from their own account.

If refund is requested due to japanesediapers.com fault then all refund costs will be covered by the seller.

If buyer does not pickup their shipment due to inability to organise time or ignores notification

If the shipment was not delivered due to the Buyers fault (own delay, inability to arrange the time of pick-up or ignore), the shipment will be returned to us by the courier. Refund for the goods will be made excluding delivery costs. In case the free shipping applies, delivery costs will be excluded anyway based on current tariff.
