Check the delivery date

You can find your estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to reach you.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team ([email protected]) who can help you further.

We won’t be able to provide you with additional information until this date has passed.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

We usually deliver immediately available items within 3-6 workdays.

You can currently shop online in all European Union countries.

To check the delivery status of your order please write us an email enquiry to [email protected]; After received email we will provide you with a tracking code and link where to check it.

On the billing page, in the “Additional information” box, you can provide all the necessary instructions to the courier (eg: stair number, high or access code…). If you forgot to do that please write us an email with an order number and additional information.

PAYMENT

You can choose between the following payment options: credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.

There can be several reasons as to why a payment by credit card is declined. For instance, a typo, an invalid card, missing verification or a technical error on our website.

We are happy to offer the following alternative payment options: PayPal.

If you have chosen PayPal or credit card as the payment method, the order will only be completed after successfully going through the payment process. A payment confirmation will show up immediately in your browser when the whole process is complete.

You will receive an invoice by email immediately after all your ordered items have been shipped.

OTHER

At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website.

When you arrive at the order summary*, click on ‘Promotional code’. Next, enter your promotion code to benefit from the promotion or discount.

*Only one promotional code may be used per purchase and only in the country of purchase.

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them at our warehouses and inspect the condition of the garments.
